Entering a Team

We welcome both new and returning teams for our Outdoor (May to August) and Indoor (October to March) seasons. Our league is divided up into multiple levels of play; Senior A & Senior B. Our Senior A and Senior B levels will be multi divisional based on quantity of teams registered each season. You can review the structure of these divisions and determine where your team may best fit under About the Divisions.

When registering, teams may request their desired division. However, final placements will depend on the number of teams applying for each division. The Executive may place a team in a different division than requested if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the league.

Below, you'll find all the key information regarding entering a team, including deadlines, player requirements, and the application process.

General Registration Information

Prior to each season, the league will hold a pre-season meeting to share important updates and information, after which registration will open. Please note that the number of teams we can accommodate each season is limited, and returning teams are given priority over new teams when filling available spots.

Registration Deadlines:

  • Outdoor Season: March 1st

  • Indoor Season: September 10th

Registration Fees:

  • A non-refundable $100 deposit is required at the time of registration and will be applied toward your total registration fees. Full details on the remaining fees and payment process for the season will be provided after registration.

New Team Requirements:

If you're interested in applying as a new team, please reach out to mswsltreasurer@gmail.com to express your interest. Be prepared to provide the following information:

  • Outdoor Season: A roster of 14 players, including their names, birthdates, and, if applicable, the team they played for last season.

  • Indoor Season: A roster of 10 players, including their names, birthdates, and, if applicable, the team they played for last season.

New team applications must be reviewed and approved by existing league members. The divisional structure will not be finalized until membership approval of new teams is complete.

Player Eligibility & Roster Requirements:

Full details about player eligibility and roster requirements can be found in our Rules and Regulations.
