By submitting your name through the form below, you’ll be added to our Players Looking for Teams list — a resource shared with team reps across all divisions.

Here’s how it works:

Step 1: Complete the Form Tell us about your experience, preferred position, and level.

Step 2: We Share Your Info Your info goes to team reps across the league.

Step 3: Get Contacted By a Team  If there’s a fit, a team will email you directly, check your junk!

• This isn’t a guaranteed placement, but many players do get picked up!

• Responses may take time depending on team needs — especially around season start
